Dove® Don't Fret the Sweat "Keep Your Cool" Gathering!

We got to participate in a Dove^® Don't Fret the Sweat "Keep Your Cool" Gathering! It was a lot of fun! Through SheSpeaks, I was sent a box of Dove Ultimate go fresh anti-perspirant deodorant and body mist in the revive scent. These products were given out to a lot of our tween/teen friends. Even moms were give the product and love them.

Dove has a wonderful campaign going called Don't Fret The Sweat. They provided booklets with information on boosting your kid's confidence during the tween years. The booklet discussed fears by tweens and moms as well as info on everyday stressors and milestones. 

Our girls & moms discussed tips to overcoming sweat-induced moments, building self-esteem and health lesson on why we smell/sweat. We talked about the importance of everyday hygiene tips and how an established routine is the best way to go. 

The website, www.DontFretTheSweat.com is awesome! It is full of helpful information and advice. We loved learning how to chose the right deodorant with the "product matchmaker" and how to get coupons!!
