Monday-St. Patrick's Day Dinner (It got canceled last week because of Spring Break and my girls were out of town. So today is the day!) Here is the menu Corned Beef & Cabbage, Irish Soda Bread(great toasted for breakfast), Green Cornbread and Lucky Brownies.Lucky Leprechaun Bites were made to give to others.
Tuesday-Reuben Sandwiches and big salad (I'll share the Reuben recipe & pics later. I never took pictures of it last year)
Wednesday-Slow Cookier Beer Chicken, *Ranch & Bacon Pasta Salad* (newest recipe and sooo good), Green Beans
Thursday-Tangy Asian Chicken and Coleslaw(to use the leftover slow cooker chicken) and Strawberry Shortcake Fruit Kabobs
Friday-BLT Pizza- this is SO GOOD! *Newest recipe*
Saturday & Sunday- Not sure yet. Feel free to check the Recipe Box for extra ideas.
